How to: Use Quake 2 Skins

Download skin file, unzip it to your /quake2/baseq2/players/gender directory. You then will be able to select new skin through Multiplayer -> Player Setup menu - but in order for other people to see the skin you are wearing they must also have the file you downloaded.

You might want to use "Recommend By Email" feature to refer your friends to your new skin file.
